    • Active Directory & Azure: Led ADFS upgrades (2.0 to 3.0 to Server 2016) and migration to Azure Enterprise Applications. Implemented MFA, ADFS Extranet Smart Lockout, custom forms-based authentication UI, domain local groups, OUs, and security GPOs.
    • Citrix & Virtualization: Administered Citrix Cloud (Azure/AWS), XenDesktop 7.6, StoreFront, NetScaler, and ControlUp monitoring for 2,500+ users. Automated VM provisioning with PVS/MCS and managed VMware host upgrades (5.5 to 6.0).
