arch-linux is the Arch-family tag, including the original from-scratch workstation post. Almost everything else here is Omarchy: a Safe Graphics ISO for NVIDIA black screens, a cursor theme that has to agree with GTK and Hyprland, DaVinci Resolve through the AUR, Antigravity installed from a tarball, and the CachyOS comparison. The common thread is pacman, the AUR, and a rolling system that will happily update itself into a TTY if you treat it like a frozen release.

Read the first-week Quattro guide if the machine is new. It is tagged with this label because the installed system is Arch, even though the installer hides pacstrap. Read the from-scratch workstation post if you want the NVIDIA and multilib path without Omarchy's shell. The older /tags/arch/ URL redirects here. The nomodeset article is not a general Arch install. It is what you do when the Omarchy live ISO's GRUB menu never draws.

I stay on Omarchy's stable channel on any machine I need tomorrow. Direct pacman -Syu skips the snapshot and the migrations, which is why the first-week guide tells you to use the update menu. The posts on this tag assume you can get a shell. If you cannot, fix boot first, then come back for Resolve or an editor.
